Our Client is now one of Ireland’s leading corporate law firms. With offices in Dublin, Galway and Shannon, the firm operates across the complete range of commercial legal services.

They are looking for an Operations Executive to become the beating heart of our operational success. This is more than just a job. It’s your opportunity to take ownership, lead with confidence, and make a genuine impact across our entire firm.

? The Role:

In this pivotal role, you’ll be the go-to expert for staff onboarding and training—particularly in our legal software, Practice Evolve. But that’s just the start. From IT issue escalation to facilities management, compliance audits to supplier negotiations—you’ll be involved in every aspect of our firm’s day-to-day engine room.

This isn’t just about ticking boxes. It’s about building systems that work, solving problems with creativity, and helping our people do their best work every single day.

? What You’ll Be Doing:

• Deliver onboarding and first-day training that sets our new joiners up for success.
• Drive tech adoption and software training—especially Practice Evolve.
• Maintain and optimise our CRM, workflows, and document systems.
• Be a friendly face and fixer for everyday IT and facilities queries.
• Lead operations projects including audits, file management, and compliance tasks.
• Manage a team of administrators and execs—nurturing talent and team spirit.
• Oversee supplier contracts, security systems, SLAs, and general office logistics.
• Handle everything from hotel bookings to partner presentation decks—no two days are the same.

? What You Bring to the Table:

• 3–4 years of experience in operations, administration, or IT (legal setting = bonus points).
• Confidence with Microsoft Office Suite and modern workplace tools.
• A cool head in a fast-paced environment, with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
• Superb attention to detail—paired with an eye for the bigger picture.
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly, can-do attitude.

Bonus points for:

• Experience with Practice Evolve or similar legal CRM platforms.
• A background in a busy general legal practice.
