Esquires Coffee are recruiting a Supervisor to join our team on full-time basis.

Please note this role requires midweek availability and experience is highly advantageous. Do you want to excel your career with an exciting company?

Your Role in a nutshell

  • Coffee & Food must be a PASSION
  • Leading and supervising our team, assisting the store managers and covering & leading in their absence
  • Customer service and floor duty
  • A smile and great conversation
  • Ensuring displays are fully stocked at all times
  • Good old-fashioned cleaning
  • Stock control
  • Taking orders from customers so a high standard of English is required
  • Full training in all areas of the store will be provided, on our EPOS system and learning from our Master Baristas the art of making great coffee

Customer service must be a priority for this role! We want everyone to visit us for our superior service alongside our great coffee and delicious food offering

The ideal candidate must be able to work weekends and holidays

Experience in a customer facing, fast paced environment role is an advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: €14.00-€16.00 per hour
