Our client is a leading Building Services Maintenance Contractor
Administration Specialist Job Spec
- Representation of the company
- Working as part of a busy helpdesk support team
- Liaise with staff and mobile engineers
- Liaise with specialist sub-contractors, from logging calls right through to the resolution stage.
- Phone duties on helpdesk- A polite phone manner and excellent communications skills will be required (both verbal and written)
- Co-ordinating service calls for the helpdesk with clients, service personnel and account managers
- Processing and central storing of data associated with service calls and programmed maintenance visits / daily sign-offs
- Coordination of the daily postal services
- Allocation of the site-specific jobs at regular intervals throughout the day.
- Primary point of contact for arranging access between engineers, subcontractors and clients
- Issuing risk assessments and safety documentation and liaising with clients on same / central storage of same
- The ability to identify and solve problems in a methodical manner
- The ability to be self-motivated and work off own initiative.
- Strong multi-tasking skills due to the busy nature of the role
- General Ad-hoc office duties.

Essential Requirements
- Excellent English speaker able to communicate clearly and understand the various Irish accents.
- A true team worker, able to work as part of the team and not be afraid of asking for help
- Must be located within easy reach of our offices
- Strong administration skills and experience in a relevant role
- The ability to identify and solve problems in a methodical manner
- The ability to be self-motivated and work on own initiative.
- Strong multi-tasking skills due to the busy nature of the role
- A polite phone manner and excellent communications skills will be required (both verbal and written)
- Excellent computer skills
