? What the Role Involves:

  • 360 recruitment: full responsibility for client and candidate management
  • Business development: identifying leads, chasing opportunities, and building new client relationships

  • Talent sourcing: finding and matching high-quality candidates to the right roles
  • Market research: uncovering new opportunities and keeping ahead of trends
  • Monthly placement targets: aiming to place a minimum of two candidates per month

  • At least 2 years’ agency recruitment experience, OR
  • A strong sales background with the drive to succeed in recruitment (full training offered)

  • Excellent commercial awareness and organisational skills
