My client, a dynamic and fast-growing athleisure fashion brand known for its innovative style, is seeking a visionary Wholesale Director to join their team. In this strategic role, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive wholesale strategy, driving growth through strategic partnerships with retailers, distributors, and digital platforms worldwide. Key Responsibilities for this Wholesale Director job include:

  • Take ownership of and lead the global wholesale strategy across both physical and digital channels.
  • Proactively identify and establish new wholesale partnerships in key priority markets.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key retail accounts and distributors to foster growth.
  • Oversee global sales targets, create forecasts, and analyse performance metrics to drive success.
  • Lead negotiations for contracts, develop pricing strategies, and manage profit margins effectively.
  • Collaborate closely with the product team to ensure seasonal assortments align with market demands.
