Role Title: Enhanced Primary Care Coordinator Role Location: Naas Road A full-time and permanent position has arisen within Vhi for the role of Enhanced Primary Care Coordinator within the LiveWell service. The successful candidate will be coordinating, implementing and managing high-standard end-to-end administration of the LiveWell services to Vhi corporate and PMI customers. This role will require travel based on various client sites and office-based work. Benefits:

Role Purpose
  • Communication with sales account managers and corporate customers to explain the medical screening (LiveWell) programme and process to arrange programme fulfilment
  • Day-to-day running of the administration function with respect to live screenings
  • Managing the online booking system and implementation information for each LiveWell/Medical Screening programme, agreeing timelines with corporate customers and seeing each event through to completion.
  • Remote interaction with customers attending screening and travel on-site with LiveWell Screening Team to co-ordinate on-site activities, manage booking schedule, screening queries and reporting.
  • Maintenance of computerised and manual patient files and update LiveWell tracker to allow feedback to management team on programme delivery for each account
  • Responding to customer phone calls and emails
  • Support the requirements of JCI accreditation through compliance with JCI Standards and SOPs, KPIs and audits
  • Promote and develop a culture of quality and safety in line with the Vhi H&W QSR Framework and the Vhi H&W Mission, Vision and Values.
Skills and Abilities:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven organisational and planning skills
  • Excellent computer literacy skills (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) including typing skills
  • Proven accuracy, attention to detail and good follow-through
  • Self-motivated with proven ability to multi-task and work to deadlines
  • Full valid drivers license (travel required).
  • Demonstrates alignment with the Vhi Values.
