About You

What Youll Be Doing

  • Collaborating with the Engineering Operations Manager and team leads to plan and prioritise maintenance work.
  • Supporting incident and change management processes.
  • Developing and implementing preventive maintenance plans.
  • Monitoring BMS systems and reviewing contractor performance.
  • Supporting the use of CAFM systems at site level.
  • Working with local and central teams to meet KPI targets and attend customer site meetings.
  • Ensuring maintenance is well-planned and executed to achieve 100% uptime and zero customer disruption.
