About the role

As a Graduate Marketing Executive, you will be a key member of the Marketing and Design team, gaining hands-on experience across a variety of marketing disciplines. This role is perfect for someone eager to develop skills in digital marketing, content creation, and campaign execution within a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

From end-to-end campaign management and social media to website updates, event planning, and email marketing, youll work across all areas of marketing, ensuring a varied and engaging role.

About you

In this role, you will:

• Collaborate with service teams - work with our ten service lines to understand their needs, target audiences, and pain points, helping to shape marketing strategies.

• Create engaging content - support with the development of blog posts, infographics, videos, and marketing materials that showcase our expertise and culture.

• Ensure brand consistency - maintain compliance with brand guidelines and quality standards across all marketing materials.

• Support digital marketing initiatives - assist with SEO, website content, email marketing campaigns, and paid advertising strategies.

• Support social media - help plan and execute content across LinkedIn and other platforms to drive engagement and brand awareness.

• Coordinate photo and video projects - support with the planning and organisation of photo and video shoots to showcase projects, team members, and company culture.

• Conduct market research - stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices in digital and traditional marketing.

Skills & experience

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

• Creative mindset with a strong interest in marketing.

• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic knowledge of WordPress, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or MailChimp is an advantage.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with video editing tools is a plus.
