Childcare Practitioner/Gymnastics Coach In Training

Previous experience in gymnastics or gymnastics coaching not required as full training will be provided. Employees working in these positions will initially start out as a coach in training assisting classes with one of our trained coaches.

Experience working in childcare is required. Your level of experience will influence your starting pay rate. Your pay rate will go up as you are able to take on more responsibility, lead your own classes etc.

We are looking for a candidate with experience as a child care practitioner who we can then train to coach gymnastics.

Job Description

This coach in training position is a full time position consisting mainly of assisting classes. There is also some general administrative work in the office as part of this role, there is no admin experience required for this as full training will be provided.

Responsibilities Include:

• Assisting the main coaches of the classes with teaching kids gymnastics which involves: Helping kids with more basic activities/side stations, interacting with the kids and families to help improve customer experience.
• Helping with the running of the gym during class times eg: Supervising collection times, helping with any problems that may arise during classes etc
• Performing administrative tasks to assist with the running of the gym and to maintain a high level of customer service and satisfaction.

Availability needed (Approximately)

Tuesday to Friday 12:00pm-8:30pm

Saturday 8:30am-3:15pm

Have experience as an athlete in the sport of gymnastics? This is an advantage and we may take someone with this experience on if they did not have the childcare experience

Have industry specific experience as a coach of gymnastics or a similar sport? We may have a more suitable position for you to start in with a higher starting pay rate, please get in touch.

Pay: €14.00-€15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 39 per week
