About the Team & Business Line:

Fund Administration is Citcos core business, and our alternative asset and accounting service is one of the industrys most respected. Our continuous investment in learning and technology solutions means our people are equipped to deliver a seamless client experience.

As a core member of our Fund Accounting team, you will be working with some of the industrys most accomplished professionals to deliver award-winning services for complex fund structures that our clients can depend upon.

You will gain experience in:

  • Completion of Monthly/Quarterly sets of accounts for Private Equity fund structures
  • Management of cash and Portfolio Reconciliations.
  • Income and Expense Accruals.
  • Investor Capital Activity processing (calls/distributions/transfers).
  • Calculation of Management Fee & Waterfalls
  • Preparation and Review trial balances
  • Management and monitoring of the timing and quality of client deliverables (SLAs).
  • Liaising with various internal/external parties e.g. auditors.
  • Interaction with senior management and clients with appropriate escalation.
  • Review of Private Equity Legal docs, PPMs, and other materials.
  • Implementation of fund structures on accounting system.
  • You will assist in the action on ad hoc reports and client requests as needed.
  • Global group projects.
  • Automation projects as we continue to digitalize our platform

About You:

  • Currently studying in Finance or Accounting related degree (desirable)
  • Strong academic record
  • Strong customer relationship skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel etc)
    • Display an active interest in the financial markets and alternative investment industry.
