Introduction to the Job:

We are currently seeking Experienced Carpenters. All work is based in the Donegal area. Candidates should have a background in carpentry and have the relevant experience as set out below

Experience/Qualifications and Role will include the following:

• Experience: Qualified Carpenter with Bathroom fit out experience an advantage
• Framing and Structural Work: Build frameworks for buildings, including walls, floors, and roofs.
• Installation: Install fixtures, doors, windows, and trim, ensuring everything fits properly and functions well.
• Repair and Renovation: Repair and remodel existing structures, updating features or fixing damages.
• Drawing Interpretation: Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to understand project specifications. Knowledge of building codes an advantage
• Material Selection: Select appropriate materials for projects, considering factors like durability, cost, and aesthetics.
• Safety Practices: Carpenters follow safety guidelines and regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
• Collaboration: Ability to work alongside other tradespeople, such as electricians and plumbers, to complete projects efficiently.
• Certifications: Safe Pass and Manual Handling (required)

Essential Requirements:

· Has to be a team player

· Excellent communication skills (with team & clients)

· Ability to work on own initiative without supervision

· Excellent Time Keeping Skills

· Excellent Organisational Skills

· Full clean Driving License

· Excellent attention to Health and Safety at work

· Must have Basic tools and tranport
