Searsons of Baggot Street, one of Dublins finest pubs, is seeking a Part-Time Bartender to join our vibrant team! If you have a passion for hospitality and thrive in a lively environment, this role could be the perfect fit.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of bartending experience in a Dublin pub or restaurant setting.
  • Fluent English with strong communication skills.
  • Knowledge of general bar operations.
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends.
  • Strong multitasking abilities and excellent customer service skills.

Duties:

  • Preparing and Serving Drinks - Mixing and serving a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.
  • Customer Service - Greeting guests, taking drink orders, and ensuring a welcoming bar atmosphere.
  • Cash Handling - Processing payments accurately and balancing the till at the end of shifts.
  • Stock Control - Monitoring stock levels and restocking bar supplies as needed.
  • Maintaining Cleanliness - Keeping the bar area clean, organized, and sanitized throughout the shift.
