MOBIA is a dynamic company focused onHelth food products, primarily Acai. We are looking for a driven individual to join our team as a Business Development & Customer Service Representative.

Job Summary

As the first point of contact for inbound sales, youll convert leads into customers by handling inquiries via social media, website, and phone. Youll assist with e-account setup, answer questions about MOBIAs offerings, and manage customer service inquiries. This fast-paced role is based in our Galway office, primarily serving cafés, restaurants, supermarkets, and delis. No travel is required—work is entirely phone and laptop-based (provided).

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound sales inquiries and convert.
• Assist customers with e-account setup.
• Answer product and service-related questions.
• Manage customer service inquiries via email and phone.
• Take payments and invoice customers accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate customer records.
• Work with an active sales pipeline to close deals and maintain pipeline records accurately.
• Support cafés, restaurants, supermarkets, and delis with general inquiries.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum of 2 years experience in sales, customer service, or administration.
• Telesales or sales experience (food industry preferred but not required).
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Strong English language skills both spoken and written.
• Experience handling customer phone calls professionally.
• Proven ability to convert leads into customers.
• Ability to take payments and manage invoicing processes.
• Technically savvy with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to various programs and platforms.
• Basic computer skills, including Google Suite.
• Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with CRM tools.
• Knowledge or passion for açaí bowls (training provided).
