The Breakfast Manager is an important position working closely with the F&B Manager and Restaurant Manager to ensure the exceptional delivery of high quality food and service to our guests.About Harvey’s PointHarvey’s Point is a 4 star luxury Donegal hotel set in the idyllic surroundings of Lough Eske with the Bluestack mountains in the background.The hotel has been at the forefront of the luxury hotel scene for over 30 years and comprises of 101 beautiful bedrooms offering breathtaking scenery at every turn.Role And Responsibilities

• Ensure that Breakfast, Lunch, and Afternoon Tea operate effectively on a day-to-day basis, in line with company and brand standards.
• Oversee the preparation, presentation, and quality of Breakfast, Lunch and Afternoon Tea offerings.
• Ensure that the highest standard of product and service is maintained and delivered at all times.
• To maximize guest satisfaction and to ensure that all our customers receive a level of care and attention that exceeds their expectations.
• Recruit, train, and schedule service staff across the three daytime meal periods.
• Motivate and lead the team to achieve performance and customer satisfaction targets.
• Ensure that the highest standard of product and service is maintained and delivered at all times.

About The RoleCandidate Requirements:

• 2-3 years as supervisor/manager in a 4 star deluxe or 5 star environment.
• Have a strong understanding of Food & Beverage concepts and concept development and delivery.
• Experienced in dealing with high volume food & beverage operation.
• A strong understanding of day to day management of a busy operation.
