Marketing Coordinator and Planning Manager

Our client, a leading global fintech company known for innovative commercesolutions and supporting small businesses, is seeking a Marketing Coordinator and Planning Manager for a 6-month contract role.

Were seeking a highly organised Marketing Coordinator and Planning Manager to lead the coordination and execution of B2B marketing campaigns.

You’ll manage campaign workflows, timelines, budgets, and cross-functional collaboration, ensuring seamless delivery from brief to launch.

What will I be doing?

• Coordinate multi-channel B2B campaigns with internal teams and media agencies.
• Support content creation and delivery, lead generation, and social strategy.
• Manage campaign performance tracking, reporting, and post-campaign reviews.
• Ensure smooth financial operations: budget tracking, vendor management, and payments.
• Identify workflow improvements and maintain alignment with creative, legal, and procurement teams.

Sounds great, but what experience makes me eligible for the role?

• 4–5 years’ experience in a marketing or agency setting.
• Proven background in campaign coordination, budget management, and project oversight.
• Familiarity with content marketing and experience supporting lead gen initiatives.
• Strong multitasking, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Experience with media planning, Marketo, Salesforce, or similar tools is a plus.
• Bonus: B2B or SaaS marketing experience and knowledge of GDPR-compliant data use.

This opportunity is an 6 month contract, Remote/Hybrid/Onsite options available (candidates must be located in Ireland), paying up to €74,000 per annum pro rata.
