• A minimum of 4 years’ experience in marketing and event management
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and ensuring high-quality outcomes within budget and timeframe.
• Strong understanding of marketing, including supporting campaign delivery as part of a team.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including external agencies, senior stakeholders, and internal partners.

• Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to delivering projects independently while sharing insights with the wider team.

• Plan and execute end-to-end logistics for high-profile B2B events, including client entertainment, sponsorship activations, and internal engagements.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure seamless event delivery.
• Manage event budgets, timelines, and post-event reporting, including ROI analysis.
• Support the integration of sponsorships and brand ambassador campaigns into event strategies.

Marketing & CRM Management

• Assist in the development and delivering of marketing campaigns and performance tracking.
• Maintain and optimise CRM systems to support targeted marketing campaigns and client engagement.
• Collaborate with the wider marketing team to ensure CRM data is accurate, up-to-date, and effectively used for campaign planning.

Your TeamYou will be part of KPMG’s Marketing department, working on some of Irelands leading sponsorships including KPMG Women’s Irish Open, Business & Finance Awards and working our KPMG Brand Ambassadors – athlete Rhasidat Adeleke, golfer Leona Maguire and jockey Rachael Blackmore.You will be joining a team of 6 and play a key role in delivering a wide range of exciting strategic events and campaigns that strengthen client relationships and elevate our brand.
