We want to make a positive impact on the world, and we will support our suppliers and customers to make a difference too.Role Purpose: The Brand Activations lead will be responsible for the creation and delivery of brand activations across various channels including instore, outdoor, online, and direct to consumers for the Musgrave Elevate Team. This role involves collaborating with Clients to develop brand plans and build strong relationships with clients. The Brand activations lead will work with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of the Musgrave Elevate Media strategy and achievement of commercial targets.Role Scope: As a member of the Elevate Team, the Brand Activations Lead will oversee client activations, ensuring timely setup and alignment with brand objectives to drive engagement.Area of Responsibility:
  • Manage and review client artwork to ensure correct dimensions and formatting.
  • Review client content to ensure alignment with internal guidelines and policies.
  • Ensure adherence to artwork submission deadlines by clients.
  • Liaise with Ecommerce and Marketing functions to ensure campaign activities proceed as planned.
  • Advise on artwork to create impactful content and maximize campaign results.
  • Provide assistance on client and retailer queries.
  • Work closely with Client Leads to ensure all bookings are captured and delivered in line with internal deadlines.
  • Work on award-winning campaigns, including submission and presentation of awards.
  • Liaise with Trading functions to ensure promotions are valid for the relevant period.
  • Manage Till Screen advert updates.
  • Coordinate activities with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Attend brand planning meetings and client reviews
The successful candidates will have/be:
  • 3rd Level degree qualification in a business or marketing discipline.
  • Experience in organisational and business improvements
  • Experience of working with an online brand and/or knowledge of the retail industry/Marketing would be advantageous
  • Proven ability to deliver work in line with deadline and right first time.
  • Experience working in fast paced environment
  • Ability to work on own initiative
  • Experience in working with Clients.
  • Experience working with deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills and an ability to build relationships with all stakeholders.
  • An ability to work to deadlines and a strong attention to detail are essential for this role.
  • Strong knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of Marketing Regulations
  • Project management and campaign planning
  • Digital Marketing Knowledge or experience
