An exciting opportunity has arisen for a HRIS Analyst to join a vibrant and forward-thinking team within a leading Dublin-based company. This is a hybrid role (2 days on site) that offers the chance to take ownership of all HR systems, ensuring data integrity and operational management. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the HR team with reporting and data analysis. This position is ideal for someone currently working in a similar role within a professional services or financial environment. The company is known for its exceptional work culture, focusing on partnership, respect, innovation, diversity, and entrepreneurship.Excellent salary and beenfits on offer inclduing pension, health insurance, income protection, life assurance and an excellent EAP programme for staff and their family.   Key Responsibilities include:  - Manage the integrity of the data in the HR systems (People XD & Cornerstone) and all related processes. - Handle HR system renewals, upgrades, integration projects, and implementation of new systems as required. - Develop and maintain excellent vendor relationships to ensure system value. - Coordinate the system management aspect of the annual performance review cycle and promotion processes. - Deliver training, support, and guidance to the HR team and broader user base. - Monitor data quality, including consistency of data capture and regular audits. - Collaborate with colleagues in Finance and IT for data required for internal projects. Key Skills and Requirements for the role: - Proven experience as a HR systems analyst. - 4-5 years’ experience working in HR - Effective team collaboration and excellent communication skills. - Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills. - Expert level Excel skills.
