In a nutshell

As a Product Owner, you will support and manage a large application portfolio serving our global business and customers.

Where will you be based and what business will you support?

Based in Dublin, Ireland; you will join one of our globally distributed ERP Programs that endeavours to develop all of its software applications in-house to service and support its numerous laboratories and operations. With a strong offshore development team, and a growing nearshore business analysis team, you will have the right support to manage a large application portfolio serving our global business and customers.

How can you help us?

You will:

• Plan and prioritize product development and product feature backlog;
• Develop detailed product feature specifications and ensure they’re clearly understood by relevant teams;
• With your team, you will assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics, and themes to ensure work aligns with product strategy.
• Mitigate roadblocks to achieving sprint/release goals
• Within an international ERP program, you will lead the product-release plans and set expectations for delivery of new functionalities.
• As product ambassador internally and externally, you will be expected to share knowledge and answer questions to all ERP stakeholders.

Are you our kind of extraordinary?

You have

• 3 to 5 years of experience as a product owner having performed requirements analysis, planning, and competitive analysis in a customer facing role.
• You will have past experience as a Product Owner and have strong experience in IT business analysis.
• Agile Scrum, Scaled Agile (SAFe), ATDD, UML, BPMN experience and proficiency in defining marketing strategies.
• Proficient with applicable project management tools and technology
• Working Knowledge of Azure DevOps Services;
• In-depth knowledge of agile methodology for project management;
• Understanding of business value related to features and functions;
• Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills;
• Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills;
• The ability to understand and report KPIs to program and business leaders;
• The ability to effectively manage conflicting needs of stakeholders;
• The ability to contribute to survey delivery and respond to feedback;
• A Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in related discipline.

You are:

• A strong communicator while you interface with and influence multiple stakeholders;
• Able to identify issues, escalate and propose solutions while capturing and understanding all relevant details.
• Target -oriented and professional.
• Fluent in written and oral English.

What else should I know?

The following skills are an advantage:

• Experience of working in Healthcare IT is desirable but not essential.
• Fluency in French.
• Proficiency with applicable project management tools and technology;
• PMP and related certifications.
