About the Role - Key Responsibilities

• Conduct due diligence and prepare investment committee materials for new investment opportunities.
• Perform industry and company research and analysis to support strategic decisions.
• Assist with financial modelling and valuations to evaluate potential investments.
• Engage with third-party advisors, including appointment and scope management.
• Manage project workflows during deal execution processes.
• Collaborate with clients, co-investors, advisers, and internal stakeholders to create, execute, and manage investments.

Key Skills and Requirements

• A third-level qualification in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Scientific, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 2 to 4 years of professional experience, ideally in corporate finance, investment appraisal, or commercial/financial due diligence.
• Strong interest in investment and a desire to develop expertise in this field.
• Excellent academic profile with a commitment to pursuing professional qualifications.
• High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and self-motivation.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Effective interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
