Job Title: Head of Strategy

Sector: International Group

Location: Dublin (hybrid)

Salary: €110,000 – €120,000 plus bonus, health & pension

  • Strategic Planning – Support the development and execution of long-term strategic initiatives
  • Leadership Collaboration – Partner with senior leaders to align strategy with business goals
  • KPI Management – Design and oversee performance dashboards and reporting tools
  • Cross-Functional Projects – Drive initiatives in partnership with divisional and functional teams
  • Market Analysis – Conduct market and internal research to inform decision-making
  • Process Optimisation – Recommend and implement improvements in operations and reporting
  • Mentorship & Culture – Promote a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
