Are you a hands-on sales leader ready to build markets from scratch, sell on the ground, and scale high-performing teams? At SumUp, were empowering small merchants across Europe — and were looking for entrepreneurial Territory Managers to join the ride.

What youll do:

✅ Sell first - Hit the streets to understand the market, pitch SumUps POS & card readers, and close deals ✅ Build a freelance sales force - Recruit & lead 10 - 15 self-employed commission based Field Sales Reps ✅ Scale fast - Expand across multiple cities & regions, not just one territory ✅ Coach & lead - Drive team performance, activity, and conversion rates ✅ Act like a founder - Be the local expert and partner cross-functionally with HQ
