General Operative

Environment / Hours of work

  • Clean, dry, bright ambient temperature factory floor.
  • Onsite equipped canteen.
  • Hours of work: Day shift 08:00-20.00hrs, Evening shift 20.00-08:00. Tues to Friday rotating and/or Nights only.
  • Shift inclusive of 2 X15 min paid tea break and 1/2 hour unpaid lunch break.

Duties will include:

  • Trimming, manual assembly and packaging of plastic components.
  • Use of hand tools for trimming and assembly operations
  • Performing periodic quality inspections and recording results.
  • Basic label printing and scanning.
  • Building goods onto pallets and movement of finished goods and input materials with pallet trucks.

On the job training provided .A reasonable level of dexterity is required. Opportunities to learn and progress will be made available to suitable candidates.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: €13.50-€14.50 per hour

Expected hours: 36 per week
