Multimedia project managers work with our studio partners and internal teams on a multitude of multimedia projects for our international customers. Our teams ensure delivery of cost efficient and quality driven multimedia solutions by understanding the needs and expectations of our customers.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

  • Deliver all projects and tasks on time and within budget in accordance with client requirements
  • Analysis, quoting and preparation of multimedia projects for localization
  • Coordinate multiple tasks across video editing teams and recording studios.
  • Editing and post-processing of multimedia content
  • QA of localised assets.
  • Troubleshooting and helping to set standards and processes and continually making recommendations to improve process and maximize efficiencies where possible
  • Status reporting, customized to clients needs
  • Central handling of queries and support requests

Requirements

  • A minimum of 3 years localisation experience (2 years working within Multimedia)
  • A technical background will be a distinct advantage
  • Experience working with eLearning, digital marketing, or social media/content apps
  • Experience with managing recording studio suppliers and other relevant stakeholders
  • Experience with subtitling and subtitling software including Subtitle Edit
  • Knowledge of Storyline, Captivate, Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere
  • Knowledge of Localisation tools, Trados Studio, XTM, Phrase and advantage
