About the Team & Business Line:

Citco Bank provides fully integrated transaction, deposit, foreign exchange and credit facilities to our Fund Services and Governance Services clients. Operating in strategic global centres Citco Bank provides access to best-in-class process and technology.

As a core member of our Compliance team you will work closely with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to minimize operational risks and ensure our clients experience seamless delivery acrossbanking services.

Your Role:

• Establish and maintain appropriate control environment to ensure the Bank fulfils its depositary obligations.
• Create and implement depositary procedures, review programs and checklists, as well as maintain the departmental procedures manual in a standardized format.
• Review and sign-off on all Depositary related work.
• Keep up-to-date with related business, technical and regulatory developments (incl. AIFMD, UCITS).
• Lead the on-site inspections of Citco Fund Services (CFS Ireland) Limited, as well as schedule and attend periodic client service meetings with CFS.
• Work with clients to resolve queries and escalate any issues.
• Provide departmental reporting to management and assist with training, development and motivation of the team to ensure a positive working environment.

About You:

• You have a third level business/finance qualification and a minimum of 5-8 years depositary/custody /trustee services experience within the funds industry.
• Knowledgeable in hedge funds and related prime broker arrangements, as well as AIFMD/ UCITS regulations.
• Strong team management experience.
• Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal effectiveness.
• Previous experience managing projects.
