Purpose of Position: We are seeking a highly motivated and talented AI Machine Learning Engineer to join our Dublin team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead the development of generative AI applications and machine learning pipelines, playing a crucial role in shaping the future of our AI-driven consumer research platform. You will work alongside a small, experienced team of developers and data scientists, leveraging the latest in AI and ML technologies to drive innovation in market research.

Key Responsibilities:- Design, develop, and implement machine learning models and generative AI applications- Build and maintain scalable ML pipelines for data processing, model training, and deployment- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ML solutions into our product ecosystem- Conduct experiments to improve model performance and develop new AI-driven features- Implement and maintain robust testing and validation frameworks for ML models- Stay current with the latest advancements in AI/ML and propose innovative solutions- Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices in ML engineering- Mentor junior team members and contribute to the growth of the ML team- Ensure compliance with ethical AI practices and data privacy regulations

Person Specifications:- Excellent problem-solving abilities with a focus on ML/AI challenges- Strong desire to learn and stay updated with the latest in AI/ML technologies- Ability to communicate complex ML concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders- Self-driven and proactive, with a passion for innovation in AI- Collaborative mindset with strong teamwork skills

Competencies:- Expert knowledge in machine learning algorithms and frameworks, with a strong focus on LLMs and natural language processing- Extensive experience working with OpenAIs GPT models, Anthropics Claude, or similar large language models- Proficiency in implementing and optimising RAG systems- Strong software engineering skills with a focus on ML systems and API integrations for AI services- Excellent coding skills in Python and familiarity with ML libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face Transformers)- Experience with cloud-based ML services (e.g., AWS SageMaker, Google AI Platform, Azure Machine Learning)- Understanding of MLOps practices, particularly for deploying and maintaining LLM-based systemsQualifications & Experience:- Masters or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or related field- At least 5 years of industry experience in machine learning or AI engineering- Proven track record of developing and deploying ML models in production environments- Experience with natural language processing (NLP) and generative AI models- Familiarity with big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Hadoop)- Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)- Knowledge of RESTful APIs and microservices architectureKey Performance Indicators:- Successful development and deployment of ML models and generative AI applications- Improvement in model performance metrics and system efficiency- Contributions to the companys AI/ML strategy and innovation pipeline- Quality and maintainability of ML code and systems- Effective collaboration with cross-functional teams
