Technology Services Lead

FRKelly continue to evolve their IT systems to support a culture of hybrid working and to embrace the opportunity of cloud computing and AI. We are looking for an Technology Services Lead with the requisite experience and technical skills to support that vision and to manage the rollout taking into consideration the associated budgetary and timeline challenges that may arise. The successful candidate will have the proven skills to work in a hybrid IT environment leveraging virtual and cloud based technologies, proven professional experience of successful implementations and a detailed knowledge of industrys best practice processes. They will be focused on delivering projects on time and within budget in a fast paced legal environment Responsibilities  Manage information technology and computer systems Plan, organize, control and evaluate IT and electronic data operations Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time Liaise with IT Partners on contract and project requirements Manage IT staff by recruiting, training and coaching employees, communicating job expectations and appraising their performance Design, develop, implement and coordinate systems, policies and procedures Ensure security of data, network access and backup systems Act in alignment with business needs and system functionality to contribute to organizational policy Audit systems and assess their outcomes Preserve assets, information security and control structures Handle annual budget and ensure cost effectiveness Requirements and skills  Proven working experience as an Technology Services Lead or relevant experience Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis and of computer hardware/software systems Expertise in data management and data governance Hands-on experience with computer networks, network administration and network installation Ability to manage personnel BS in Computer Science, MIS or similar field Technical qualifications including Microsoft Azure, and VMWare products
