Job Title: Accounts Supervisor

Location: Galway, Ireland

We are a construction company with an office in Galway - As we expand we need to take on a full time person to look after the accounting function in the business. We have a growing team and we have to manage all the accounts associated with construction of residential and commercial construction jobs

We deal with RCT payments and very often we are the main contractor as well.

Main Duties:

  • Payroll
  • RCT
  • Supplier Payments
  • Credit Control
  • Weekly and monthly reporting
  • Individual Project Analysis and monitoring

Skills required

  • Payroll
  • Accounting packages like Sage, Xero or Quickbooks
  • Work with the directors on financial planning
  • Qualification in Accounts or relevant experience in similar role
  • Able to manage small team
