Cabinet Maker / Joiner Trainee

We are located in Snugborourgh Road, Blanchardstown. In order to apply candidates must be able to commute to Snugborourgh Road, Blanchardstown.

About the role:

We have an opportunity open at our Blanchardstown factory for a workshop-based, Trainee Cabinet Maker / Joiner to join our growing production team. You will be learning how to read drawings and assemble bespoke units for kitchens, wardrobes, and living space units according to specific specifications, using hand tools, power tools, and factory machines where required.

Responsibilities include:

• Ability to assemble components within the allocated time
• Ensuring that all quality standards are adhered to meeting and exceeding expectations

About you:

You will also be able to demonstrate the following:

• Knowledge of carpentry would be an advantage but not essential
• Has a willingness and desire to learn
• Strives for accuracy and quality at all times
• Willing to take instructions and directions from team members
• Would work well in a team environment
• Proficient in speaking, reading, and writing in English
• Able to use ones initiative, ask questions, and get direction when needed
• Good communication skills
• Able to get to and from work
• Eligible to work a 40-hour week
• Flexible to work outside normal working hours when required
• Eligible to work in Ireland
